> 2023 Promising Student Start-up Team 300 (International Students) Team Member Change Application
Hi, this is a 'Promising Student Start-up Team 300' secretariat.
We would like to provide guidance on the "Team Member Change Procedure" for the teams that have passed the document screening of the “2023 Promising Student Start-up Team 300” Value-UP Track.
Please make sure to review the following information and submit your application within the given deadline.
※ If there are changes to the team members, a deduction of 5 points will be applied to the final score during the presentation screening. Please take note of this.
<Overview>
ㅇ (deadline) May 26, 2023 (Friday) by 16:00
ㅇ (Notice for confirmation) May 29th to 30th (it will be informed to the teams applied only)
※ The information of change will be saved in the platform(U300.kr) by the secretariat.
<Procedure>
ㅇ Complete the required document forms based on the type of team member change.
ㅇ The team representative should access the Google Form link, attach the required documents, and complete the Google Form.
※ If the documents are not submitted, the approval for team member changes will be canceled.

ㅇ Please inquire at the contact information below to confirm if your application has been successfully submitted after completion of the submission process.
<Precautions>
ㅇ If there are changes to the team members, a deduction of 5 points will be applied to the final score during the presentation screening.
ㅇ The team name and item cannot be changed.
ㅇ The team should consist of 3 to 5 members, including the team representative.
ㅇ New team members must meet the eligibility criteria stated in the announcement starting from the date of change (5/22).
ㅇ The "2023 Promising Student Start-up Team Certificate (Minister of Education)" will be issued based on the updated list of team members for the teams participating in the "2023 Promising Student Start-up Team 300 Online Mock Investment Competition and Offline Networking" after the final selection.

<변경절차>
ㅇ 팀구성원 변경유형에 따라, 필요한 서류양식을 작성합니다.
<유의사항>
ㅇ 팀원이 변경된 팀 경우에 발표심사 최종점수에서 5점이 감점됩니다.
ㅇ 팀명과 아이템은 변경이 불가능합니다.
ㅇ 팀대표를 포함하여 3인~5인으로 구성해야 합니다.
ㅇ 추가되는 팀원은 변경기간 시작일(5/22)을 기준으로 공고문 내 참가자격에 부합해야 합니다.
ㅇ ‘2023 학생 창업유망팀 인증서(교육부장관)’는 최종선발 이후 ‘2023 학생 창업유망팀 300 온라인 모의 투자 대회 및 오프라인 네트워킹’ 참가팀에 한하여, 변경된 팀구성원 명단 기준으로 발급됩니다.
