Q. Is it only for people who already established a startup, or someone with an Idea of startup only can apply? / 이미 창업한 사람만 지원할 수 있나요? 아니면 창업아이디어가 있는 사람만 지원할 수 있나요?

- The eligibility to participate:

    1. A team of 3 to 5 members, students from elementary/middle/high school in Korea, out-of-school students under 19-year-old, undergraduate/graduate students(including ones in leave of absence)

    2. Pre-startup team or team established within the last 3 years(established after 2021.1.29.)

    3. A team SHOULD be led by an international student

Q. Explain about the additional points that participants could get / 가점 기준이 있다면 자세히 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

- Additional points:

A maximum of 3 points will be awarded when meeting any of the following conditions (Multiple entries for additional points are not allowed)

    1. More than half of team members are international students(including the team leader).

    2. At least one team member has completed the OASIS(Overall Assistance for Startup Immigration System) Course.

- (가점부여) 아래 요건 중 1개에 해당하는 경우 가점 최대 3점 부여(중복 가점 불가)

    ① 팀구성원의 50% 이상(대표자 포함)이 외국인 유학생으로 구성된 팀

    ② 창업이민종합지원시스템(OASIS) 과정 수료자가 참여한 팀

Q. If there is only one international student, can we also participate? / 팀에는 외국인 유학생이 한명밖에 없으면 지원이 가능한가요?

- As long as the team is led by an international student, rest of the members can be Koreans.

- 외국인 유학생이 대표인 창업팀이라면, 팀원은 한국 학생으로 구성해도 괜찮습니다.

Q. Minimum is 3 members right, 2 foreigners and 1 Korean? / 최소인원 3명이 맞나요? (외국인 2명 그리고 한국인 1명)

- The team leader should be an international student, The number of team members should be 3 to 5, including the team leader.

- 팀장은 외국인 유학생이어야 하며, 3~5명으로 팀을 구성해야 합니다. 예) 팀장 외국인 유학생 1명, 팀원 한국인 2명으로 구성할 수 있습니다.

Q. Presentation competency building training, How often will this be held? Is it compulsory for all team members to join? / 프레젠테이션 역량 강화 교육 등은 얼마나 자주 진행되나요? 모든 팀원이 의무적으로 참여해야 하나요?

- For the presentation competency building training, we recommend all the members to attend, but if it is not possible, then it is okay for just the team leader to attend. Training session will be 4 times. Mentoring program will be 2 to 3 times. and there will be networking day(on/offline).

- 프레젠테이션 역량 강화 교육은 구성원 모두 참석을 권장하지만, 여의치 않을 경우 팀장님만 참석해도 괜찮습니다. 교육 프로그램 4회, 멘토링은 2~3회, 네트워킹 데이(온오프라인)

Q. What shall I do if my university is not included in the online application form list? / 대학 신청목록에 포함되지 않으면 어떻게 해야하나요?

Q. Is the competition 100% non-face-to-face? / 경진대회는 100%로 비대면으로 진행할건가요?

- Most programs will be operated offline. It is mandatory for the team representatives to participate every program. But, we recommend that all participants remain engaged until the program ends

- 대부분 행사는 오프라인으로 진행됩니다. 팀대표는 필수로 참여해주셔야 합니다.
